Between Utiel and Requena, just 45 minutes from Valencia, is Pago Vinícola Vera de Estenas, a modernist winery from 1876 located in the wide valley of the Magro River, near the mouth of the Estenas River in this tributary of the Júcar River.
On the gentle slope in the sunniest part of the foot of Sierra del Remedio, there is constant sunshine that ripens the grapes with great ease, and no problems whatsoever. The perfect point of ripening and a predominantly limestone soil allows the traditional Bobal grape to acquire unique and unrepeatable characteristics of organoleptic goodness. Next to the winery there are plots of Macabeo, Tempranillo, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec and Chardonnay.
During the tour, guided at all times by the owners, we will explain the winemaking process. You will explore the vineyards, barrel room, our family museum and the wine cellar, where we keep the best vintages.
To end the tour, you will experience a guided tasting of our wines. We offer you the possibility to prepare any kind of event with wine and gastronomy. We also organise visits and guided tastings.
