We will take a brief tour of the history of our region and its relation to viticulture starting with the 5th century B.C. You will visit our historic winery equipped with the latest technology inspired by the most traditional winemaking methods. Cement egg-shaped vessels covered in ceramic, classic clay vessels or French oak barrels form part of our commitment to return to the tradition of our region.
Without a doubt, the most awaited moment of the visit occurs with the descent to our caves. We will explore the winemaking process closely, just as wines were made long ago. A winery preserved in its original state, we will follow the passage of wine throughout different stages and discover the history behind this network of caves that will transport us back in time.
